Impact

- Staff members could check for the existence of arbitrary files, and possibly disclose their contents. Additionally, leading zeros in IPv4 addresses could be used to bypass IP-based access restrictions. + User accounts with staff privileges could check for the existence of arbitrary files, and possibly disclose their contents.
